Rose’nbell is a Luxury Brand and a Global Body Fashion, Natural & Organic Beauty Marketplace.

Rose’nbell Platform was born out of a desire to unite and carefully collate unique ethical body fashion, sustainable, natural and organic beauty brands from around the world, serving the consumer who is passionate about having a positive impact on both their bodies and the planet with his or her purchase.

Our responsibly curated community gives the shopper access to a wealth of ethical brands from around the world. Rose’nbell is far from ordinary. How do I make a purchase/place an order?

Purchasing and placing an order on Rose’nbell is very easy. Simply choose/select product or an item from one of the categories, choose size, colour, material you like and click on ‘Add to Shopping Basket’ button. During the process you can review or amend your items in your shopping basket at any time by selecting ‘Shopping Cart/Basket’ located on top right hand corner of the Homepage menu.

To complete your order you can log in to your account or checkout as a guest by simply clicking on confirm the order, provide your name, billing/delivery address and payment details. Once your order is complete and payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping confirmation details.

Do I have to have an account to buy products?

To start shopping and ordering on Rose’nbell, you do not need to have an account. At the end of your shopping process and when you are ready to checkout you can simply complete your order as a guest. To complete your order all you have to provide is your name, email, billing/delivery address and proceed to payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major Debit/Credit Cards – Visa/MasterCard, PayPal and Stripe. Our payment system is linked to PayPal/Stripe checkout so you have an extra protection and security when making a purchase on our website. To purchase an item you do not need to have a PayPal account. You could simply complete the payment by using your Debit/Credit Card.

Where does Rose’nbell & its partner boutiques ship to?

Most of products sold on Rose’nbell platform are shipped worldwide. However, some our Partner Brands may have restrictions on where they can send their packages to. During your shopping process if the item you choose appears as restricted shipping destination you will be notified at once. We also recommend you to check out the shipping and delivery terms of our partner boutiques.

I did not receive my order?

If you did not receive your order within specified time, please contact our partner brand/s you’ve made your purchase from first, and If your query is not resolved, please email Rose’nbell on support@rosenbell.co.uk

Can I return my purchased item and get a refund & how do I return an item?

We truly hope you enjoy your purchase, but if however, you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind and wish to return or exchange your item, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you receive it. Please note: that the item/s you purchase on Rose’nbell platform, you purchase it from our partner boutiques not us (unless Rose’nbell acts as a seller and you purchase items from Rose’nbell Boutique).

There may be some restrictions on returning your purchased items. Return restrictions may apply due to hygiene reasons or if the item was custom made or made to measure.  For your piece of mind we highly recommend to check our Partner Brand’s Return & Refund Terms & Conditions.

All returned items must be in the original packaging in unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition as it was received.

To start your return process please log in to your Rose’nbell account, go to your purchase history (orders), select the item/s you wish to return, click on contact the seller. Or if you do not have an account you can contact our Partner Boutique from Rose’nbell Hompage.  From the Homepage menu simply select/click on ‘Brands’ menu button, choose Brand you’ve made your purchase from, Click on Inquiry button and fill in your email and order reference details.

Once you have completed your return request and it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. If you are experiencing any problems or difficulty with your return, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team on support@rosenbell.co.uk or via our Contact Us page who will be very happy to help.

Please also note:

Rose’nbell and our Partner Brands do not hold responsibility for returned missing parcels. We strongly recommend to post your parcel with a tracking number and to keep hold of the receipt.

If you decide to return your item, you may be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details, please check our Partner Brand’s Return & Refund Policy. This can be done through Rose’nbell Homepage, simply select ‘Brand’ you’ve made your purchase from click on visit button and click on Policies.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be delivered back to our Partner Brand and for refund process. As soon as your returned item has been delivered and checked by our Partner Brand, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. All refunds will be made using the same method used for your purchase.

All returned items must be unused, in its original packaging with attached tags and must be in the same condition as it was received.

Return Instructions:

  1. Please carefully pack the items in the original packaging
  2. Fill out the Return Form and place it inside the box
  3. Send the parcel by mail to the address indicated on the page of the Partner Brand’s Store.
  4. Once the parcel has been sent please notify the Seller from your Account that the item was shipped providing tracking number (highly recommended).

If on very rare occasion you do not receive confirmation email from our Partner Brand please email us your query and your order details on support@rosenbell.co.uk

How to contact a Brand/Boutique?

Each boutique on Rose’nbell Platform is managed by an independent brand who is responsible in creating their own inventory and managing their orders. If you have any query regarding your purchase or need help, please log in to your Rose’nbell account and contact our partner boutique from your order/purchase history. Alternatively go to Rose’nbell Homepage, from the main menu select ‘Brands’ choose the Brand/Boutique you wish to contact and click on inquiry button. Fill in your query/message and click on submit button. Once your message has been received by our partner Brand they will respond to your message at earliest convenience.  If you have any difficulty and your query is not resolved please contact our Customer Care Team who will be happy to help. support@rosenbell.co.uk

How long will it take to receive my order?

Rose’nbell and its Partner Brands are committed to deliver outstanding customer service. Your order will be dispatched within 48hrs. Dependent on your geographic location and your chosen delivery service, orders should be delivered within 2-4 working days (within EU) but may take up to four weeks. For more information please refer to the Delivery Terms & Conditions of our partner boutique you purchased your item from.

Where can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email confirming the shipment of your items together with your tracking number. You may also track your parcel by login to your account under my orders menu.

Do I have to pay Duty/Taxes?

All products sold on Rose’nbell Platform includes VAT where applicable. There will be no VAT reduction for items being shipped to International destinations. Shipment to International destinations outside EU or to EU from non EU countries may be subject to Duty and Taxes which will be responsibility of the buyer.

For accurate information about Customs/Duty fees we recommend to contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Please note that Rose’nbell and its Partner Brands will not be held responsible for any Duty/Customs clearance fees.

What happens if my shipment gets lost or I did not receive my order?

We are very sorry if this has happened.

If your item was not delivered within specified period, please contact our partner boutique as soon as possible who will be able to help you to solve the issue and find the right solution. If your problem is not resolved, please contact our Customer Care Team on support@rosenbell.co.uk  and provide the details of your issue.

What if I receive wrong or faulty product?

Something must have gone wrong and we are very sorry about this.

Rose’nbell and its Partner Brands take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously and will take every possible steps to prevent this from happening again.

Our Partner Brand will do their best to fix this problem as soon as possible. Please contact our Partner Brand you received the item from and follow the instructions received to return the item. If you have any difficulties, please contact our Customer Support Team on support@rosenbell.co.uk

Who should I contact if I have a query?

If your query related to purchases/shipping or returns, we recommend to contact our partner boutique you purchased your item from first. To contact our partner boutique simply login to your Rose’nbell account and contact the seller. Alternatively, if you do not have customer account, please go to Rose’nbell Homepage, from the main menu select ‘Brands’ choose the Brand/Boutique you wish to contact and click on inquiry button. Fill in your query/message and click on submit button. Is my personal details safe?

We are committed to protecting your privacy and keep your personal data private and confidential.  Your personal information will not be shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Rose’nbell and our Partner Brands want you to enjoy your purchased items as soon as you can! Once an order is submitted, our partner boutiques will process it as quickly as possible. Because of this, there is no guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled in time.

To see if there is a right solution, please sing in to your Rose’nbell account and contact our partner boutique you purchased your item/s from.

What are the delivery charges?

Each boutique on Rose’nbell Platform is managed by an independent brand who set their shipping terms and charges independently. Currently Rose’nbell do not have a centralized shipping method and each Brand/Boutique may charge you shipping fee separately. Each time you add product/s to your shopping basket from multiple Brands/Boutiques, shipping costs automatically will be added in your shopping basket. Customers will be able to check/view their shipping costs charged by Brands from their shopping basket during the check out. Alternatively, customers may check shipping Costs, Terms & Conditions of each Brand/Boutique by simply visiting our Partner ‘Brand’ boutique on Rose’nbell. Once you’ve chosen your Brand, click on Policy tab to see the Terms of the Boutique.

To simplify things and for the customer convenience, in very near future Rose’nbell will look at possible ways to introduce centralized shipping method. Any changes will be notified in due course.

How do I apply to join Rose’nbell Global Platform?

To join Rose’nbell Global Market Place, simply click on Become a Partner button located on Rose’nbell home page on top right hand corner (or click here) or you can email your interest to support@rosenbell.co.uk. Once we receive your request and approve your details we will send you instructions on how to set up your shop together with a link to your own new boutique where you can start uploading your brand information, products, product information and images, link your boutique to payment gateway such as PayPal/or Stripe and you are ready to go.
