Placing an order:

Shopping and placing an order on Rose’nbell is very easy. You can shop by Brands or simply choose/select product or an item from one of the categories, choose size, colour, material you like and click on ‘Add to Shopping Basket’ button. During the process you can review or amend your items in your shopping basket at any time by selecting ‘Shopping Cart/Basket’ located on top right hand corner of the Homepage menu.

To complete your order you can log in to your account or checkout as a guest by simply clicking on confirm the order, provide your name, billing/delivery address and payment details. Once your order is complete and payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping confirmation details.

Shipping:

Rose’nbell and its partners are committed to deliver outstanding customer service. Your order will be dispatched within 48hrs.

Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method and geographic location.

Delivery times within Europe (EU) may take between 2-7 working days

Outside Europe may take between 5 – 15 working days (dependent on your location and shipping method)

You will receive a tracking number where you can check estimated delivery date.

Although Rose’nbell and its Partner Brands committed to provide fast delivery and within specified times, we are not responsible for any delays may be caused including delays due to customs clearance.
