To return your Club Parfaite swimsuit, simply contact us via Rose'nbell platform (you can do so via your Rose'nbell account or go to Brands on Rosenbell site, choose Club Parfaite Boutique and click query button). Once selected, type in your message and specify your order number, your name and your first name in the body of your message.
Once your message is received by us, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your return request has been taken into account.
Then return your swimsuit in an envelope with the return slip that is already present in your first package
IF THE SIZE CHOSEN IS NOT SUITABLE?
If the size you have chosen is not suitable then you can exchange! The return and redelivery fee for the model in the new size chosen will be offered. In France or abroad. you can also opt for the refund under certain conditions: the swimsuit must be returned new with its original packaging and its hygiene protection. In case of depreciation of the product or in case of withdrawal of the hygiene label, the Club Parfaite team reserves the right to refuse the exchange and / or refund.
