Return & Refunds:
We truly hope you enjoy your purchase, but if however, you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind and wish to return or exchange your item, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you receive it. Please note: that the item/s you purchase on Rose’nbell platform, you purchase it from our partner boutiques not us (unless Rose’nbell acts as a seller and you purchase items from Rose’nbell Boutique).
There may be some restrictions on returning your purchased items. Return restrictions may apply due to hygiene reasons or if the item was custom made or made to measure. For your piece of mind we highly recommend to check our Partner Brand’s Return & Refund Terms & Conditions.
All returned items must be in the original packaging in unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition as it was received.
To start your return process please log in to your Rose’nbell account, go to your purchase history (orders), select the item/s you wish to return, click on contact the seller. Or if you do not have an account you can contact our Partner Boutique from Rose’nbell Hompage. From the Homepage menu simply select/click on ‘Brands’ menu button, choose Brand you’ve made your purchase from, Click on Inquiry button and fill in your email and order reference details.
Once you have completed your return request and it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. Please also note:
Rose’nbell and our Partner Brands do not hold responsibility for returned missing parcels. We strongly recommend to post your parcel with a tracking number and to keep hold of the receipt.
If you decide to return your item, you may be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details, please check our Partner Brand’s Return & Refund Policy. This can be done through Rose’nbell Homepage, simply select ‘Brand’ you’ve made your purchase from click on visit button and click on Policies.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be delivered back to our Partner Brand and for refund process. As soon as your returned item has been delivered and checked by our Partner Brand, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. All refunds will be made using the same method used for your purchase.
All returned items must be unused, in its original packaging with attached tags and must be in the same condition as it was received.
- Please carefully pack the items in the original packaging
- Fill out the Return Form and place it inside the box
- Send the parcel by mail to the address indicated on the page of the Partner Brand’s Store.
- Once the parcel has been sent please notify the Seller from your Account that the item was shipped providing tracking number (highly recommended).
If on very rare occasion you do not receive confirmation email from our Partner Brand please email us your query and your order details on firstname.lastname@example.org
